Visitors + Ruined NLC.

When I say plans I mean what they want to be implemented.
The only real thing Korea does besides coding is approving. But it's still neon's idea. You make nexonAM sound powerless when they really are the ones who say "hey! Let's ruin NLC!"

They probably were in a hurry, like "the number of active players is decreasing and our profits dropping, we need to do something. Let's throw an update to NLC... next month".

That NLC expansion has the word "rushed" all over.
