We are looking at this in 2 different ways. I am not debating the posibility of bad angels because Lucifer himsef was an angel to begin with. but when they draw religious figures they don't just draw 1 or two and make them bad, they make their whole organization bad. I haven't seen any religious content portrayed in a good way since one Arc of Rurouni kenshin. I've heard Japan's society is well knowledgeable about other cultures from the world maybe they just choose this because "it sells more".
Christianity=/=organized religion. I'm pretty sure it's not lack of understanding of said religion, just their cultures underlining perspective of organized religion being more cultist than anything.
