Nothing. I have started playing games with qualities better than Nexon could offer (in all aspects), and it is unlikely that I will return. I'm done with them.
Some of their critical failures:
- NO balance whatsoever. If they wanted to be good, they should have a small team dedicated to examining new/current game content and do balancing work every single patch
- No GM presence. A successful game never leaves its ass open to individuals with malicious intent. I have never seen them seriously counter hacking, unless its an extremely serious, critical event that has to be fixed immediately.
- Bad PR. Too many "dun goofed" moments.
- Support is absolutely sh'it. Excuse me if I'm Captain Obvious here.
