"What to buy" for archers~Guide + Questions

So I have 50~70M to spend (some trades coming and going)
My equips are: (bold what I think needs to be upgraded)
Zhelm
Dep Star
11 dex shoes
20/4 arzuna
114/1 nesch
2/5 PAC
8 atk 2 str 5 dex cordon
8 dex earrings

I'm extremely price illeterate (I'm on Broa), and I'm not quite sure if upgrading to a 3/8 PAC or an 11 atk glove would be cost effective (or even a 12 atk).

I do need 2 str to equip my xbow, but I can just throw my goblin cape on for 1 level.

I'm so lost on buying stuff >_>
