Riot support is so much better than Nexon support. I logged a ticket with Riot about the DCs yesterday afternoon, they got back to me in 8 hours with possible solutions and what information to give them in the event their solutions didn't work. I logged five tickets about being hacked and autobanned for using Dragon Blink last August. I have... 25, 37, 36, 36, and 36 emails respectively telling me how Nexon is continuing to experience a high ticket volume at this time and that I'm not forgotten. They send those emails once a week. Even if they sent them once an HOUR they'd be slower than Riot.
