Not unless they Banned the seller with the NX still on the account.
They only gain 7% on an item in "spent" NX for every transaction. And you could further argue that whatever NX was charged is already a sale made, and doesn't imply that loss of said NX would lead to buying of more NX.
Seriously, it's not even good business on their end to wait until this permeates into the MTS and non-hackers buy the goods, because it discourages buying NX in the long run anyway. MTS is horrible and should be gone.
