I shouldn't compliment someone for doing what they are supposed to do. Should I say thank you and give all the positive points to every fast food provider? No. You know why, most of what they do as a service for me is in their job description. A polite thank you never hurts and I never miss, but considering nexon's train wreck of a history, the only kudos they'll get is when they go beyond the "standard" and "necessary".
