I thought so a few months ago after looking at the KMS videos, but now that I have 9999 avoid too, I get missed just as much in current GMS.
At most bosses, I use my power elixirs only to heal mp as I never lose hp lol.

It just seemed like I got hit much more often after Big Bang even when my avoidability went up.
