Bump for patch notes.
-- Some supporty tanky melee champions got MR scaling now. This meshes with the typical MR scaling, which is 30 base + 1.25 per level.
-- Annie's Incinerate got a nice mana cost reduction. In addition, her Molten Shield is now on a much lower CD with better survivability stats. This lets her charge her stun faster! Not by much, but y'know.
-- Irelia's getting a small buff in her base stats.
-- Lulu's Glitterlance is getting nerfed. This makes her less of a plantain to deal with in solo lanes. But she's still a plantain.
-- Miss Fortune's ultimate now does physical damage. In terms of base damage and stats, this is a nerf. However, Last Whisper should change this....
-- Ryze overhaul. Yeah. See a previous post on my thoughts for this.
-- Soraka is also getting nerfs to make her less of a plantain to deal with in solo lanes. Also, Infuse no longer targets allied minions. Hooray!
-- Warwick's Hungering Strike does less damage at higher ranks. This definitely puts a hamper on his viability, since it is an ability that had a high % scaling.
-- Deathfire Grasp now supplies more AP and has a cast range of 750 instead of 650. Not too shabby! Seriously considering this item now, even though I normally don't use it.
-- Morello's Evil Tome now has more of a purpose: Grievous Wounds active.
-- Will of the Ancients got more expensive with no stat increase.
-- Summoner Heal got nerfed by 45 HP across all levels.
