I remember them being asked why they haven't given those servers their missing channels in at least one of their Q&A sessions. Nexon's response was that "They aren't ready for the extra channels yet." Of course, that's obviously complete bullshit when newly created servers made for hyping up all of the revamps are deemed ready to have 20 channels right from the get-go.
