Even if they did, anyone who already glitched the skills probably got to keep them, if not banned for hacking themselves. Also out of curiosity... Are there still maroon mops and crying masks floating around? -_-; I guess those were technically available in-game at some point as well.
S ranked nebulites were removed from most items afaik.
