From the experience of : two games, it seems that Teemo beats Irelia top. Not sure if co-incidence.
shes overnerfed atm, cant manage against teemo
there are a LOT of champs that cant handle teemo, and youll find that often when you think you have a bad matchup its because your jungle ignores you (like they should really) and their jungle makes a couple kills on you and sends their top 2 levels ahead... and even then you can go even.
