Is the Anvil a one-time use? People in my guild are under the assumption it is permanent.

It really is a good deal, especially if it's permanent when (if?) we get it over in gMS. I'd expect them to raise the price, considering NX clothes are pretty much around the same price, but ours are only temporary and it costs/used to cost around twice as much for the perma version.
