Cho'Gath:
Movement Speed increased: 315, to 320. = Yay he needs this not so much for early game but for later when he has stacks on. Base improvement means all mastery/rune modifiers will do more for him I likey.
Miss Fortune:
Bullet Time ratio changed from 65/95/125 (+0.2) magic damage per bullet, to 65/95/125 (+0.2) physical damage per bullet. = OH HELL YES MORE FREE ELO
Ryze:
Overload
Changed from 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.2) plus 7.5% of his max mana in magic damage, to 60/85/110/135/160 (+0.4) plus 6.5% of his max mana in magic damage. = I see a buff here with higher bases and a higher ap ratio. Note I do think his snare nerf was dumb because they missed the opportunity to flatline the snare duration to make it more of a 1 pointer.
(I think ryze will come out of this nerf/rework in the positives though because his ultimate gives MS which ryze needs badly)
Soraka:
Starcall
Magic Resist reduction duration reduced: 8 seconds, to 5 seconds.
Mana Cost increased: 20/30/40/50/60 Mana, to 20/35/50/65/80 Mana. = FUUUUUUUU (Solo lane raka sad unicorn)
Talon:
Armor increased: 18.5 (+3.5 per level), to 20.5 (+3.5 per level).
Rake Mana Cost reduced: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana, to 20/35/50/65/80 Mana. = This will potentially lead to more jungle talons... which is ewww to fight against if you've ever experienced it before.
I've seen my fair share of them in the 1400-1500's.
