Well think about this for a second:
Koggles need a LOT of protection (if he's caught out of position, he's done for. Koggles is very squishy). Hence Koggles's potential is at its best when he is played in a well-coordinated, well-organized team (and tourneys such as IPL4 can attest to this). But of course, the benefit here is that Koggles has one of the highest DPS output out of any AD carry
But I did note that you know how to play him (and you describe yourself as being "annoying" to the other team when you play Koggles yourself). Hence, if you know how to play him, use that knowledge to outplay the opposing player who's playing Koggles.
