So it seems like there were a couple ninja changes that got through.
-- You can no longer spam emotes, except /dance. Emotes also interrupt your current champion's phrases. For example, when moving places while spamming /laugh, Fizz might say "They won't ca- lolololol".
-- You can switch back to the old UI stuffs. While not as good as the current UI stuffs, it probably gets rid of the obnoxious caps announcements.
Also, word on the street is that Karthus and Kog'Maw can become untargetable thanks to their passives. So broken. Someone even mentioned to me in a normal game last night that I looked like some sort of walking garbage bag. Based on what I've seen so far, the major crux of the problem lies in effects and buffs not terminating properly. Garen with Ignite, Courage, and Decisive Strike on all at once, even though all of that should clearly be on CD? Oh boy!
