She still has to attack 4 times to build up her stun. The only thing that's different is the number of charges you see in your buffs and debuffs section, which doesn't matter anyways because the total amount of charges has been reduced.

Bread boy is correct actually. If you don't have a charge built up, which will always be true every time you come back from death/start the game, you have to go the full mile. Assuming you gained a charge on your next stun every time you cast a stunning spell, you'd only have to expend a fraction of effort to regain the stun before.
