So, how does this AP reset that resets all AP (including HP and MP) work?

Supposing I have a char I was HP-washing, so he's got some AP in HP.
I would want them taken out of MP, obviously, and put into main-stat.
Is that going to happen?
Will they get taken out of HP, and if so, by what key (how many HP per AP)?
