At least in Khaini, dupers pretty much hoarded majority of the pie bosses since they did damage cap 24/7 and always "won the loot" leading to no one getting any chairs.

Well. I guess it cuts both ways. Now the strong people (dupers or otherwise) will have a lot less incentive to even touch the pies, knowing every kill will be swarmed by dozens of opportunistic looters and their pets. I'm glad I got my chairs already, because with my loot lag I'd never get a thing in this new system.
In Kradia too, the pies are dominated by a notorious pair of "rich merchants". The cure for that, however, is to make the tent chair untradeable. Then they'd have no reason to ks.
