Mostly quality-of-life changes.
Notable champion changes:
-- Jax no longer gets uber trolled by blinds/dodges. Relentless assault is now really relentless. lol
-- Janna knockback on her ult got nerfed. However, Howling Gale has a knockup increase the longer it has been charged. I see this being the best deal for her in a laning situation (unlikely to get hit by it anyways though).
-- Kayle's heal got some much needed love, but the scaling is still garbage. Her mana cost has been adjusted accordingly.
-- Swain's ultimate mana costs got adjusted at the later levels. My general prediction was on the spot!
-- Zilean's mana costs on his Rewind and Chrono Shift have been reduced. It's a nice change, but Zilean's ultimate mostly scales off of how well his teammates are doing, and how valuable they are, meaning he's still a comp-dependent champion.
The rest is more or less expected/from the patch preview. Except lifebar toggle is now ctrl+l. No more mysteriously disappearing lifebars!
