Weird thing to say considering this game has a lot of anime elements. I accept your cooment about the side quests, but I'd still prefer to get more development into the main storyline than a short, half assed side quest that NexAm can develop.

How?. That balance from last year showed GMS is doing worst than all MapleStory servers in Asia, and those were outdated numbers. We all know GMS is doing even worse right now, hence their desperatedd attempts to bring back / keep players with the lastest events. If GMS released the pirate hero a bit before KMS, all the attention KMS gets during their summer / winter updates would direct on GMS, bringing more players to them. If they hadn't announnced a thing, then I'd also think there's no chance it could happen, but they already did so, why not?-
