I left it at 9 for practicality, because I was using up mastery books as and when I have the funds for them (and when I found them dirt cheap... 1-2M for Pierce20/30 and 2M for Snipe20). I was waiting for the SP reset scroll before I reassign points... so yeah basically I put points in skills so that I can use mastery books, then work my way around it abit.

Now: MMB11 Pierce26 FP1 EP1 Snipe1 Mship1 US10
Busted a FP20 book, and couldn't find a cheap SE30 (too risky compared to the '20s). Filling MMB up because I am absolutely deprived of ATT.
