McAwesome is saying that if you combine Decent CO with the +1 Skill Neb, you'll go +2 over the max level, which is incorrect. ONLY CO can break the cap.
He's probably thinking it breaks the cap, because he doesn't have a skill maxed out.
For example, I have MW12, because of Decent CO and the Leafre Set, but MW doesn't cap at 10, it caps at 30. If I were to get MW30, only Decent CO would allow it to go over the cap.
