'Cleaning up the Streets' reward for pirates?

So the quests that give class weapons, armour, and scrolls give pirate weapons, armour, and scrolls?

Time to get 1000 drums.

Bit hard to get 1000 drums, now that the drum bunny mini-dungeon is event-only.

Anybody know which brother's house to drop the seed on, in KFT, to get pirate shoes?
