Sorry, that was a misprint on my end. Didn't set the charge bonus back to Divine Lightning for SE.

Assuming you actually land that pitiful FA range that is. :/

FA has the same range as the attack that activated it. Unless the monster dies, it's basically impossible for FA to miss.
