If I want to buy a pair of pants or something a little bit more expensive I save up for two weeks and buy those instead. $20 doesn't seem like that much money when you compare how much you spend on a night out at dinner (which only lasts for however long it takes you to consume). Just buy things as you can and eventually you'll have a nice full closet of nice things.

Henceforth why I don't eat. Jokes, I do, and I'm very healthy with it, but my pantry/fridge are often scarce because I only get the bare essentials when I need them. #EVERYCENTFORCLOTHES
But seriously, do what Jared said. I have so many friends who go out to eat/order food ALL THE TIME and I'm like OMG you could've gotten those really cute orange chinos at H&M but NO. You decided to eat three pizzas instead.
