Lacking 20 4th Job SP after SP Reset

So I used the SP Reset and applied all my skill points to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd job like normal, but when I went to 4th job and finished applying all of my SP, I noticed I was missing 20 SP. I had Ifrit at Lvl 27 before the patch, now it's only Lvl 7.

SP for people that want to do the math. I'm positive I did not mess up anywhere.

1st Job: 15 Magic Guard, 15 Magic Armor, 7 Energy Bolt, 20 Magic Claw, 10 MP Boost
2nd Job: 20 MP Eater, 20 Meditation, 20 Teleport, 10 Slow, 20 Poison Breath, 20 Spell Mastery, 10 High Wisdom, 1 "Blazing" Arrow
3rd Job: 10 Burning Magic, 20 Poison Mist, 11 Seal, 20 Spell Booster, 10 Fire Demon, 20 Arcane Overdrive, 20 Element Amplification, 20 Explosion
4th Job: (using Leafre Set for +1 All Skills) 29 Big Bang, 29 Infinity, 7 Ifrit, 4 Hero's Will, 9 Buff Mastery, 29 Arcane Aim, 29 Maple Warrior, 29 Mist Eruption, 29 Paralyze, 29 Meteor Shower

Something I think that is worth mentioning is that when I use Decent Combat Orders Arcane Overdrive is pushed to Lvl 21, so maybe the game thinks it's a 4th job skill? Which would explain where the 20 SP went...
