Party Play isn't going away... This was stated during the livestream. It essentially stays the same, but with quests required to enter maps as you progress.
[MENTION=9274]Taarie[/MENTION]; I agree in principle, although the popularity of LHC can make it difficult to gather enough people to PQ because it such a poor alternative (exp/hr wise). This may not be an issue except in small population worlds.
