Incredible huge improvement to the game.
Not a bad thing. At all.

EDIT: Can someone tell me if the seal/fire effect from the Paladin's charges and whatnot works on bosses?
And wouldn't fire charge out-damage Holy charge since it gives Dot? It wouldn't make sense to make a third job
charge stronger than a 4th job. Unless its an undead enemy ofcourse.
