'Cleaning up the Streets' reward for pirates?

So far, all the other non-NLC quests with class-specific rewards that I've done have worked fine.

So the quests that give class weapons, armour, and scrolls give pirate weapons, armour, and scrolls?

Time to get 1000 drums.
