You can but it's not optimal DPS at all is it?
Please show me where these KMS shads are spamming nate for 1v1, if they are they're morons. Nate doesn't build up KP at all, which deprives you of approximately an imperial pomegranate-ton of DPS, via a 2.5x damage boost and a 50att buff.
It's also terrible for building up mesos for ME. Finally, just spamming it has a tendency to activate the finisher which is both inefficient for DPS and rushes you forwards, which has a decent chance to kill you in some situations.
So, again. Please show me these videos. Or we'll have yet another situation where you bring up claims and have no evidence to back it up and get buttmad.
