Lucid Dreaming
#9
I have personally experienced this many times, whenever I want to Lucid dream I simply Start thinking of a situation or an "adventure", while keeping my body still. Staying still is the hardest part, since your body checks if you are awake by giving you itches everywhere, if you can overcome this you will start to go into a dream state. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Scaeva; You will always remember lucid dreaming. Or at least most of it.
