Because it is utterly retarded having an area that works from such an early level as 110 all the way to 200. PQs and all other areas for the level span becomes abandoned. Not to mention the legions of spoiled cheaters the damn place creates when normal players accepts help from hackers to level faster. Even if normal LHC training (without hacked spawn) is relatively fast it becomes such a total boring grind fest sticking around for 50-90 lvls.
Infact I find it so boring that after leveling my NL to 200 (way before stupid spawn hacks started being used) there, my level 190 DB barely set foot there at all.
