I only have around 50% Str, and my end game weapons sucks so bad. But haven't you see all those players at level 160 with level 70 clean equipments? Are they even trying? I think not.

None of my characters have had past 40%main stat, and my 199 F/P has 28%INT, most of his gear is also clean. I'm probably not living up to your standards, I'm so very sorry.
A lot of people avoid PQing because they don't want to depend on dumbasses. Removing LHC would force people to PQ, MP, boss, and/or train on normal mobs till 165.
6%/hour from regular mobs is hell-ish to wish upon people, like pre-BB. Bossing is fine, but gets slow(or boring with the no attacking glitches for GB). MP and PQing both require you to depend on others(for decent EXP @ the former), are are mind numbingly repetitive.

I'd rather Nexon fixed hacks(like the WH spawn boosting hack), glitches, and started releasing real(not stupid *omfgaliens!!*) content.
