no idea which BS skill was, i was talking about the one that spams you with "not high enough to do this skill"

Boomerang Step, lol. Basically once you cast it, you can't cast it again for a little less than a second (but that cooldown isn't its delay). In that time you can fit a BoT or SB, which is why most Shadowers chain them with BS. Nice to know about those other skills though.
