LvLapLeiLand (an islander) went from 40 to 41 via 20k worth of gachapon tickets put into it. Assuming you could work and make 6$ an hour, that's 3 hours per level. At level 43, I gain 3-4% an hour on my islander.
Aside from islanders being screwed over even more (taking bets that Nexon will allow us to go back to island one day, finally screwing up islanders for good), it doesn't affect much else. :/
As for the girl cutout thing....that has been there forever. :f6:
