You won't get banned for .wz editing like that. It's just against the ToS.

If you're caught, you can be banned for it, I want to say there have been people who got banned for .wz edits, but I don't remember for sure. Though since .wz editing is client sided, the only way you'd get caught is by posting pictures/videos of said edits.
