Botting is fairly hard to prove via 3rd party, as it were, especially for AMs since we tend to grind in zombie mode any way.
Generally to remove someone from the list you have to successfully submit a MapleNoobs report then PM me about your submission. Note that's PM, not reply to the thread because that sort of drama doesn't need to be (more) public.
