I made an account on a dating website and let's just say I'm really popular.

Going all in like a bawss eh?

I just received word (via email) for an interview request from an internship that I applied to (for anyone that wants to know, I applied to both my Senators' offices in California; heard back from one of them so far). That was great news; they liked the stuff I submitted, so I'm very happy.

However, the downside is that under no circumstances that I can fly back to California for a face-to-face (personal) interview (and the staff member who talked to me said they prefer personal interviews). Plus I'll be home bound to California when schools ends in 6-7 weeks from now. Which means I'll have to end up scheduling and doing a phone interview. While I'd like to do a personal interview, I have to work with the realistic options that I have and make the best out of it, I guess.

But still....being granted an interview?! Awwwwww yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
