Explorer's Critical Ring vs. Legendary Gratias Ring

Hey all,

I'm a 196 bowmaster with 63% base crit (these are with the Explorer Crit Ring), 84% when buffed. I have 999 base dex and 9295 base hp (15,270 hp buffed)

I am wondering which of these two rings is better for me:

Explorer Critical Ring:
+180 hp
+2 atk
-10% crit
-chance of instant death

Legendary Gratias Ring:
-6 all stat
-3 attack
-5% crit
+20 acc/avoid

Idk how much % or + hp the Legendary Gratias Ring gives, but it gives 150 hp. 189 hp... kinda random.
