Well, whaddayaknow. It came as two discs, not one. You assume one's for the server player and one's for the client. According to the incomplete walkthrough you read, that did seem to be the case. But you felt like you couldn't quite trust everything it said; it started out okay but then it seemed all rushed and just got plain messy before it suddenly stopped updating.
You figured the guy who wrote it simply got confused and stopped playing. Geez, why write a guide when you never even finished playing the game?! Amateurs.
