Also Kubo laid the foreshadowing pretty thick with the whole "Oh Uryu, you and Ichigo became such good friends!" to hint at a fight later on. Should've just settled with "I was never planning to help him".
I'm pretty sure Aizen said her power was omnipotent, and that was the main reason he wanted to keep her captive (other than maybe luring Ichigo). She has the power to negate any event over any thing, If there are any limitations, they probably have to do with Size. Maybe the Size of the Reijatzu that has spilled out of Nel's mask is bigger than she can replenish, but I doubt she ever thought of fixing Nel's mask to begin with.
As for Uryu fighting Ichigo for some reason, I can't see him joining forces with whatever that guy is. He seems too damm strong to be just a mere quincy, at which point he probably things so high of himself to join forces with... Uryu. A pity since this could be the chance to bring some glory back to Uryu.
The involvement of Halibel, Nel and Hueco Mundo in this totally sets field for Grimmjow, Stark and even Ulquiorra coming back and joining forces with Ichigo.
