if you threw Q and it missed on the way back compared to if all 3 fires from W hit the same champ?

@above don't really need RoA on a champion like Ahri who has mobility and good range.

Fair enough. Most of my experience with AP comes from Morgana, who has much shorter range and longer CDs.
