Mon and Dad quest in same acc with multiple chars?

The past two years they've done this quest it worked like this:
If you kept cards on multiple charactors on the same account you would get the maple points for the one with the most cards, not the most value. So if one char had 7 100 point cards and the other char had 5 250 point cards you would get 700 maple points. Last year they gave 100 points for 250 point cards and messed everyone up. =/

Since the quest is identical to last year I would bet on the reward being identical as well.
