No. Okay so what's the big deal. Sure it's gone but again what does it matter. It's fine the way it is as lazy as it seems it's fine. I find it hard to believe that you people are really THAT but hurt over this. And I find it really hard to believe that so many people actually took the quest dialogue SERIOUSLY>.>. Prose is gone, Masteria was his creation, thus PROSE'S Masteria is dead. Move on, deal with it, or don't go there. It's just that simple.
Allow me to be at least disappointed with how this turned out to be. I'd have rather taken an expansion without the revamp if it had to be this bad. No, I didn't train there and you're right, it doesn't matter much that those maps are gone. But I did go there once in a long while just to explore the beautiful maps of Masteria. The way they were designed made you imagine of infinite expansion possibilities, and they were just unique. These ones are plain boring and somewhat unoriginal (many re-used map objects etc.). Why did they have to make an area such as Crimsonwood Keep so monotonous by removing the Jump Quest and Phantom Forest maze? Sure, it might be easier now to new players, but it was an important and unique part of it which made it feel different than other areas. Same goes for quests. Why did they have to remove the old ones? They were so well-made that they should have NEVER removed them. They could've just changed a thing or two in them but not completely remove them.
I guess it's just my fault for getting my hopes too high for this and not wanting to get over the fact that Prose's Masteria is gone and that they're taking a completely different path.
I preferred the old one, though.
