Simple, really. They should stop using that top-scrolling line for advertising. It should be reserved for really important/emergency notices (like unscheduled maintenances, or even scheduled ones starting about half an hour before).
They can use the 5-second smega line stuck above the chatbox doing nothing (nobody uses it, at least in Kradia) for advertising, if they absolutely must do it in-game.
