Yeah, but Blue isn't even that spectacular. Reaper, on the other hand, adds free...what, 400% Damage in any situation where there's mobs? That's great for training. I find myself getting EXP in larger maps from spawns that spawned long after I left the platform, like in Dual Pirates or Gigantics and the like. It's a great training boost, while Blue gives you more defense...which BaMs have plenty of already.
Eh, it's really up to whatever you want. If you find a use for Reaper, then go for it. If you think Blue Aura is more useful, then go for that instead. It's not like not having one will break your build.
I often find reaper to actually get in the way when I train and hinder my grinding. It takes time to cast it for one, then when a reaper attcks an enemy at the same time as you, you cant mob it correctly. Idk, but I'm thinking go with everything but reaper. I seem to forget it's one of my skills anyway, hardly getting any practical use.
