In this particular game, I'm laning with Leona against Teemo and Alistar in bot. Basically, babysit her and heal her during trades or if she gets harassed. If we're in trouble, haste and run the hell away; or also haste to help us chase. I manage to land a kill off my power cord in early game. It's working out pretty well for the two of us, we manage to stay in lane for a while. My other kills come from playing smart about my ult and when our Twitch tries to gank, but my heal can't help him and he dies to Fiora- then I manage to take the kill. But the thing is- while this is going on, our Ziggs wasn't very good on mid and got mid pushed pretty badly to the point where Leona had to take over for him at some point. No one really focused Skarner until later and it was kind of too late. At some point, we just surrender. Ugh, screw it. I just really hate games like this where our team isn't well composed or just have a lane where we can't hold very well.
Also, I'm trying to work on last hitting better. I notice that besides my top 3, I don't farm well on some of my other characters I'm trying to work on-- other than my junglers. I'm finding it that I'm not too good about last hitting with my autoattacks as Irelia and Leona. Any advice or things I could try?
Well, you could always start by not taking Revive or Brutalizer on a ranged AD.
