Calculate the total damage increase you get from going from 66% Ignore Defense to 100% Ignore Defense (In this case, it's 1 / 0.762 = 1.31x increase), and multiply that with your total Boss Damage to find the same amount of Boss Damage to get the same increase from Boss Damage (1.31 x 235 = 308)

Edit: Wait, are you saying I need 135%+74% MORE BOSS (209% boss) or just 74% boss.
