It's obviously hyping up Cody's Theme park. Cody is from the future where he witnessed his parents' (and dog's) death at the hands of aliens. As a result, Cody went insane and could only repeat things about his theme park and Wizet (whatever the hell that is). He built a theme park as a result, in memorial of his parents and dog. Once his theme park was done, he went back in time, thinking that if he were to do so his parents would never have died in the first place (obviously insane). The time machine gave him limited omnipresence, allowing him to be in multiple places at once while still only maintaining the ability to speak of his theme park and Wizet.
